Michelle is an executive leadership coach with over a decade of experience helping leaders — from C-suite executives to startup founders — align their actions with purpose and drive lasting impact. She focuses on guiding leaders through high-pressure environments, enhancing their leadership capabilities, strategic decision-making, team dynamics, and resilience. She has coached leaders in law, technology, investing, lobbying, engineering, entertainment, healthtech, AI, and more.
Prior to coaching, Michelle served as Deputy General Counsel at Arbitron Inc. (now Nielsen Audio, Inc.), a publicly-traded media and tech company, where she advised C-suite executives and led global transactions. Michelle also served as Director of Government Relations, partnering with public officials at the federal, state, and local levels to navigate regulatory challenges. She has led teams and worked on cross-functional, global teams, collaborating across departments and regions to drive strategic initiatives.
Michelle is dedicated to advancing initiatives that drive meaningful change and support the development of innovative solutions for social impact. She serves on nonprofit boards and volunteers with social-impact incubators and accelerators.
